What does 1 Samuel 23 reveal about what God does in me and through me (the work of the Holy Spirit)?

God the Holy Spirit helps me to meditate on God’s Word. Through the church community, he guides and grows my understanding. He also works powerfully in my heart so that it is more and more my desire to ask, What does God want? and do what God says.
