Leviticus 21:20 completes the list of physical defects. These include a hunchback (ḡibbēn), a dwarf (ḏǎq), a defect in sight (tᵉḇǎllǔl), an itching disease (gārāḇ), scabs (yǎllěpěṯ), or crushed (mᵉrôªḥ) testicles. Deuteronomy 23:1 prohibits any Israelite with injury to his testicles from attending worship.
